CSP Programs: How To Become A CMIOSH Direct

Many wonders how to become a Charted Member of IOSH. CMIOSH is a coveted professional qualification which assures many employers on the competency of the HSE practitioner. There are two streams to become a Chartered Member of IOSH ( CMIOSH) . First stream is to gain a Grad IOSH membership and work towards achieving CMIOSH through Continuing Professional Development ( CPD), All Graduate Members need to join IOSH’s Initial Professional Development (IPD) scheme, upload their CPD evidence documentations in myiosh page (https://www.iosh.co.uk/myiosh.aspx). Once IOSH reviews and verify your documentations , you need to attend a Peer Review Interview by IOSH . After successful Peer Review you will be transferred to CMIOSH category

Second Stream is applicable for those Safety Professionals who have Certified Safety Professional ( CSP ) qualifications by Board of Certified Safety Professionals ,USA ( BCSP) or CRSP qualification by Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (BCRSP, Cnanda ), IOSH has reciprocal agreements with the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) and the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (BCRSP) which allows Certified Safety Professionals and Canadian Registered Safety Professionals to become Chartered Members of IOSH by completing our Open Assessment.
